We want you to be completely satisfied with your DERMIQO purchase. If something isn't right, we're here to help.
Return Window
We offer a 30-day return policy. You have 30 days from the date you receive your item to request a return.
Eligibility Conditions
To be eligible for a return, your item must meet all of the following conditions:
- Unused and unopened, in its original sealed packaging
- Accompanied by the original receipt or proof of purchase
- Returned within 30 days of delivery
Important: Due to hygiene regulations, we are unable to accept returns on skincare or beauty products that have been opened, used, or whose safety seal has been broken — unless the product is defective or damaged.
How to Start a Return
To initiate a return, please contact us at matija.brnas10@gmail.com before sending anything back. Returns sent without prior authorisation will not be accepted.
Once your return is approved, we will send you a prepaid return shipping label and instructions on how and where to send your package. We cover the cost of return shipping.

Damaged or Defective Items
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately at matija.brnas10@gmail.com if your item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong product. We will evaluate the issue and make it right as quickly as possible.
EU Right of Withdrawal (14-Day Cooling-Off Period)
If you are located in the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, without providing any reason, in accordance with the EU Consumer Rights Directive.
To exercise this right, the item must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging. Please note that the right of withdrawal does not apply to unsealed goods that are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons — this includes opened skincare and cosmetic products.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Opened or used skincare and beauty products (for hygiene reasons)
- Products with a broken or removed safety seal
- Sale items or items purchased with a discount code
- Gift cards
Exchanges
The fastest way to exchange an item is to return the original (if eligible) and place a new order once the return is accepted. Contact us at matija.brnas10@gmail.com and we'll guide you through the process.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you by email whether the refund has been approved. If approved, the refund will be processed automatically to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Please note that your bank or card provider may require additional time to post the refund to your account. If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved and you have not received it, please contact us at matija.brnas10@gmail.com.
