Processing Time
All DERMIQO products are freshly prepared and dispatched within 2 business days of your order being placed. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will begin processing on the next business day.
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking information.

Where We Ship
We currently ship to Croatia and all European Union member states. We do not ship outside the EU at this time.
Order Tracking
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number by email. You can use this to follow your shipment in real time.
Delivery Issues
If your order has not arrived within the estimated timeframe, please first check your tracking information. If the issue persists, contact us at matija.brnas10@gmail.com and we will investigate and resolve it as quickly as possible.
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with a photo of the item and we will make it right.
